General Questions

How do I upgrade to Premium?

Just select the broadband type you would like. Once you are on the order page, you will be given an option to upgrade to our premium service.
How long will it take for my service to be up and running?

The average installation time for our business ADSL broadband is 14 days from placing your order. This can sometimes be shorter for services that are transferred from another provider to us but this is not guaranteed.

You can also expedite the installation for an additional charge which will reduce the installation time down to 3-5 business days.
Do I have to renew my contract at the end of my term?

No, all our contracts default to a 30-day rolling contract at the end of the contracted term. This means you can cancel your service or services any time once your contracted period has expired by providing just 30 days’ notice.
Will the cost go up once my contracted term has expired?

No, we have never put our prices up regardless of whether you are in or out of contract. We review our pricing twice a year and often reduce the cost of our services. Our price reductions are even given to customers that are still in contract with us.
Is there a cooling off period?

There is no cooling off period. Your contract is valid from the day of installation and activation of your phone or broadband service. You are able to cancel the installation of any service before the day of installation. However, you will be charged a cease fee if your cancellation is less than 7 days before your appointed installation date.
I've been told fibre isn't available in my area. Is this true?

Fibre services FTTC, FTTP & G.FAST are not currently available everywhere. Openreach plan to have around 85-90% of the UK covered by 2025 but this does not mean your area will be covered at this point.
