If you have purchased an OP or R2O kit and have booked installation with this, it will usually be completed within 7 working days or faster.
If you have ordered an R&R kit, then installation is usually completed within 5 working days.
I both cases, once installed the service will be working and usable, by the time the engineer leaves your property.
The dish can be installed anywhere on your property providing it has a clear line of sight (LOS). This means there are no trees, tall buildings or any other structures blocking the signal and it is within 30-40 meters of the modem or router.
If you have purchased an OP or R2O kit, you are able to install it yourself. The warranty provided will have limitations as we would not be able to guarantee the install quality.
If you have taken an R&R kit, then you will have to pay for installation. This is provided at a discounted rate but customers are not permitted to install R&R kits themselves as these kits are owned and maintained by ViTelecom.
Yes, you can purchase an OP or R2O kit with no airtime. Your modem or router would only work with our service or any other supplier in our group but we would not be able to advise which supplier would be in the same operator group as us.
R&R kits cannot be hired without airtime.
You can but it would be a poor experience for time critical actions. The latency with satellite broadband systems is very high making it a poor choice for online gaming

Pro kits can provide speeds of up to 50Mbps with average speeds being between 35 & 46Mbps. Upload speeds are up to 10Mbps.
