Do I Need a Specific Network Configuration?
Most customers are happy to use the standard configuration setup on their router. However, if you or your IT department require specific firewall rules, IP ranges or any other configuration requirements, then just let us know when ordering and we will pre-configure your device to your specifications for you.
Do I Need Any Network Equipment?
Again, most businesses don't need or require any network equipment, but if your business does require a new network or maintenance, we are able to assist with this. With our own team of engineers and designers, we can provide network designs and mapping, equipment, installation, servicing & maintenance. Speak to one of our team if you would like to know more.
What Do I Need to do on the Day of Installation?
On your day of installation, an engineer will attend from Openreach to install your new line if one has been ordered. If you have transferred your service to us, then your connection will switch during the day.
Once the new line has been installed or your service has moved over to us, all you will need to do is connect the equipment we have sent you and you will be up and running. If you have had your network installed by us or you have booked a site attendance, then one of our engineers will arrive onsite on the day to complete the setup for you.
