Just select the broadband type you would like. Once you are on the order page, you will be given an option to upgrade to our premium service. You can also upgrade from standard to premium once your service has started however, this will be an upgrade and your contract will start from the date of the upgrade
The average installation time for a new business fibre broadband line is 21 days from placing your order or 10 days if transferring from another provider. This can sometimes be shorter for FTTC services or longer for G.Fast services as this is a new service. You can also expedite the installation for an additional charge which will reduce the installation time down to 3-5 business days.
No, all our contracts default to a 30 day rolling contract at the end of the contracted term. This means you can cancel your service or services any time once your contracted period has expired by providing just 30 days notice by email or on our portal. The cost of your service will remain the same as your contracted price even once your contract has expired.
No, we never put our pricing up even if you are in or out of contract. We review our pricing twice a year and genrally reduce the cost of our services. Our price reductions are even given to customers that are still in contract with us.
There is no cooling off period. Your contract is valid from the day of installation or activation of your phone or broadband service. You are able to cancel the installation of any service before the day of installation however, you will be charged a cease fee if your cancellation is less then 7 days before your appointed installation or activation date.
Fibre services FTTC, FTTP & G.FAST are not currently available everywhere. Openreach plan to have around 85-90% of the UK covered by 2025 hoever, this does not mean that your area will be covered at this point.
